Great riverfront location, enjoyable boardwalk, live jazz on Thursday nights, happy hour, and delicious-looking food. Black owned and operated.

the rooms were spacious and had a wonderful view of the river. there's a restaurant on the lower level - making it convenient to grab a bite. the staff were friendly and tried their best to help - which was appreciated.

stayed at Roberts Riverwalk Urban Resort. the friendly host at the check in counter was great and accommodating. the property boasts beautiful views and is conveniently located near Greek town and downtown. the river view and walkway are unbeatable, and the people were nice and friendly.

Stunning river views and spacious room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work properly, but overall, I enjoyed my stay. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this unique hotel was an adventure in itself. The building's black-owned status was a pleasant surprise, and the vintage 20s-40s ambiance gave it a charming touch. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious bathroom and living area were a welcome bonus. The location, just steps away from the waterfront, was fantastic for enjoying the river views. The on-site security added an extra layer of safety, making us feel at ease during our stay.
The check-in process was frustratingly slow, with a pregnant woman unable to access a bathroom. The management's lack of support and attentiveness to important details left much to be desired.
